Do credits expire?

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final, like most AI video tools, because credits can be used right away. Credits from videos that fail are returned automatically, and if you were charged by mistake (twice, or with no credits added), email support@skullcaptrend.com with the order ID and we will fix it.
