These terms apply when you use skullcaptrend.com ("Skull Cap Trend AI", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@skullcaptrend.com.

What this site is

An independent tool that helps you make a short AI video in the style of the TikTok "skull cap trend" from one photo. It is an unofficial, fan-made AI video tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, the creators of the trend or the artists behind the trend sound. Names are used only to describe the trend.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.

Photos you upload and content rules

Everything you upload or create must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may only upload photos that:

are of you, or of an adult who has clearly agreed to you making a video of them, and are not of a celebrity or other public figure (you confirm this before every video);
do not show anyone under 18;
contain no nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content;
contain no violence, gore, weapons used against people, self-harm or hateful content;
are not meant to harass, bully, impersonate, deceive or defame anyone, including public figures and politicians;
you have the right to use.

Uploads are checked automatically before anything is generated. We may block or delete content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that misuse the service; content involving minors leads to a permanent ban and a report to the authorities. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you share the videos you make.

Your videos

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. You may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting them on social media. The trend's sound, original videos and branding belong to their owners.

AI models and output

Models we use. Videos are made with ByteDance’s Seedance video models, accessed through EvoLink, an AI model API provider: the model generates a video starring the person in your photo, in one fixed scene of the trend. Uploaded photos and finished videos are checked by SeeAPI, a content moderation service. We may switch to other models of similar quality; this page will say so.
AI-generated content. Videos are generated by AI. Results vary, may look unlike the person in the photo, and may contain mistakes. The providers’ own safety filters may block a generation; when that happens, your credits are returned.
Don’t mislead. Don’t present a generated video as real footage of a real event, and label it as AI-generated where the platform you post on asks you to.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits from one-time packs; there is no subscription. The credits a video uses are shown before you generate it.
Credit packs are sold by Waffo.com Limited as merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices.
Credits don't expire and can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.
If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Refunds: all purchases are final, including unused credits; see the Refund Policy. Credits from failed videos are returned automatically, billing errors are fixed on request, and your rights under consumer protection law are not affected.

Copyright complaints

We respect copyright. If you believe content on this site, or a video made with it, infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@skullcaptrend.com with the subject "Copyright notice", including: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the material is (a link or description); a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by you, your agent or the law; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We review notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material, and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
